Johnson School PBIS
W. A. Johnson School
Johnson has "Jaguar Pride" when it comes to PBIS! We expect our students to be SPOT ON
when it comes to behavior and expectations.
There are behavior expectations for the hallways, cafeteria, classroom, and during recess. All the expectations focus on being safe, respectful and responsible. The most exciting and rewarding time is when an entire class earns their "SPOTS" – classrooms are in competition with each other to see who can get the most!
Throughout the school year, there are many rewards and prizes, including eating lunch with the principal. After reaching certain school-wide goals, there will be school-wide celebrations, including "Drop Everything And Read" time, math games, and special science activities, as well as fun and exciting assemblies to thank our Jaguars for always being well-behaved!
