Dr. Dugan joined District 2 July 1, 2010 with considerable experience in areas of curriculum, local and state assessment, proven instructional practices, state and federal grants, gifted education, principal mentoring and working with the Illinois State Board of Education.

Dr. Dugan oversees curriculum, student assessment, and provides vision for developing 21st Century Learning standards and implementing effective instructional methods. Dr. Dugan comes from Indian Springs School District 109 in Justice.

Dr. Dugan earned her doctorate from National-Louis University.
