Honk jr.
"Honk! Jr." on stage April 11 and 12
Blackhawk Middle School presents the spring musical “Honk Jr!” Friday and Saturday April 11 and 12.

This is the story of the Ugly Duckling, a tale of being different and learning how to try and fit in. When Ida and Drake, two nice ducks, discover that one of their ducklings is not like the others, it’s time to teach him – and many of the other animals – that being different is OK.

“Honk Jr.” will be presented at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday. There is also a matinee performance at 1 p.m. on Saturday. The Jazz Band will perform for the first 30 minutes prior to the start of the show. Tickets are $6 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens. Admission is discounted $1 for the Saturday matinee.
