  • ILLINOIS ASSESSMENT OF READINESS RESULTS

Last spring, students took state tests in English/language arts and mathematics known as the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) or the Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM) assessment. These tests measured how well they had mastered the knowledge and skills every student should have at each grade level according to the Illinois Learning Standards.

Reports containing individual students' scores on one or both of these tests and a letter explaining them were sent to parents on Friday, November 1. Parents should be on the lookout for this report, as it will provided them a picture of their child's learning progress.
