James Stoltman—President
Service: James was elected to a four-year term in April 2023. He was first elected in 2019, and was voted to serve as the Board's president in April 2025. He served as the Board's vice president from May 2021 to May 2023.
Family: James is a proud father of three children, all of whom attended Bensenville School District. His two daughters are currently at different stages of their education: one is a junior at Fenton High School, while the other, a graduate of Fenton, is now a freshman at Loyola University. His son, also a graduate of Fenton, completed his entire education within the district.
Occupation: James currently works at Elgin Community College as the Senior Director of Technology Services. Prior to that, he was a union electrician (Local 134) for 20 years, 10 years as a foreman. He is a member of the Illinois Education Association and was part of the Support Staff of Elgin Community College Association, and served on the SSECCA board for two terms.
Community Service & Affiliations: James is a third generation Bensenville resident and a St. Charles Borromeo Church graduate and parishioner. He has been an involved parent and PTA volunteer in District 2 for many years.Currently serving on the Bensenville Police Commission as Chairman, and the Bensenville Community Foundation. Also, he has served as Vice President of the Bensenville Rotary Club.

Anita Miller—Vice President
Service: Anita was elected to a four-year term on the Board in April 2023. She was appointed Vice President in 2025.
Family: Anita and her husband have four daughters: one attends Johnson, another is enrolled at Blackhawk, a third studies at Fenton, and the fourth is currently at Elmhurst University.
Occupation: Anita is part of Operations Management in Newborn Hearing Screening, overseeing the operations behind the screenings of newborns for hearing birth defects within 24 hours of their birth. As part of the company’s Leadership Team, she plays a critical role in the success of the business, making certain screeners are equipped to do their work within budget expectations. She also serves as the Emergency Safety Coordinator for the company’s Chicagoland location, putting policies in place to ensure employees are safe.
Community Service & Affiliations: Anita and her family have lived in District 2 since 2018. She has served as the Cheer Coordinator for the Jr. Bison Board, assists with the Fenton Cheer Team, and has volunteered as a guest speaker for Fenton’s Healthcare Occupations classes.

Victoria Gonzalez—Secretary
Service: Victoria was elected to a four-year term on the Board in April 2023. She was appointed Board Secretary in April 2025.
Family: Victoria has a son that will attend Blackhawk Middle School for the 2023-2024 school year.
Occupation: Victoria is a homemaker. She has a degree in mortuary science with a minor in early childhood education, and she worked for corporate funeral homes before becoming a mother. She also worked as a teacher, substitute teacher, and tutor at Northstar Child Development Center, Chicago Public Schools, and Catholic schools throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Community Service & Affiliations: Victoria has lived in District 2 since 2021. She volunteers in District 2 as a Project CARE mentor, a member of the Blackhawk PTO, and a parent volunteer for the BMS band and jazz band programs. Victoria is also a member of the Bensenville-Wood Dale Rotary Club.

Jacqueline Dye
Service: Jacqueline was elected to a four-year term in April 2023. The Board also voted to appoint her to serve as its Secretary in May 2023. She was first appointed to a two-year term on the Board in November 2021.
Family: Jacqueline has three sons: the eldest, age 28, is a graduate of Fenton; the second, age 23, attended Tioga, Blackhawk, and Fenton; and the youngest, age 11, is currently enrolled at Blackhawk Middle School.
Occupation: Jacqueline has more than 20 years of experience in education, having formerly served in preschool and middle school special education teaching positions. For the past 20 years, she has served as a mentor and is currently working as a program coordinator at a youth ministry in Forest Park that serves youth ages 13-19.
Community Service & Affiliations: In 2019, Jacqueline founded Generation Next Empowerment, a non-profit organization that helps at-risk youth in Chicago complete their education, prepare for jobs, and - if necessary - secure housing.

Robert F. Laudadio
Service: Robert F. "Bob" Laudadio was re-elected to serve a four-year term in April 2025. The Board also voted to appoint him to serve as its President in May 2023. He was first elected to a four-year term on the Board in 2011, and was re-elected in 2015, 2019 and 2023 (to a two-year term). He also served as the Board's President from April 2015 to April 2021, and May 2023 to April 2025.
Family: Bob is married and has a daughter who attended BSD2 schools and graduated from Fenton High School
Occupation: Bob is Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds for an elementary school district. His job is to assure that the physical facilities and grounds of the district are maintained in a condition of operating excellence. He manages a budget and supervises outside contractors. He also prepares specifications for bidding purposes for building construction, alterations, repairs and site improvement.

Milton Mercado Jr.
Service: Milton was elected to a four-year term on the Board in April 2025.
Family: Milton is a proud father of four children. Two of his children have already graduated from the Bensenville school system, one is currently attending Fenton High School, and another is enrolled at Blackhawk Middle School.
Occupation: Milton is the Director of Fleet and Maintenance for a major Chicagoland trucking company, where he has worked for more than 20 years. In addition, he owns and operates his own DJ company, providing music entertainment services for more than 25 years.
Community Service & Affiliations: A Bensenville resident for more than 17 years, Milton has been serving as a member of the Bensenville Board of Police Commission since 2024.

Maria Cristina Reyes
Service: Cristina was elected to a four-year term on the Board in April 2025.
Family: Cristina is a proud mother of three children. Her youngest daughter is 10 years old and is a fifth grader at W.A. Johnson School. She has two children in high school - her daughter is a 16-year-old sophomore, and her son is a 17-year-old senior preparing to graduate this year. As a parent, she is deeply invested in the quality of education and the well-being of all students in the community.
Occupation: Cristina has worked in the educational field for more than 10 years, gaining hands-on experience in student support and engagement. She served as the lead coordinator for the after-school club at Tioga School, where she created meaningful opportunities for students to grow beyond the classroom.
Community Service & Affiliations: Cristina has been a resident of Bensenville for more than 16 years, and remains committed to serving the community. She has been a member of the Blackhawk PTO, worked with the local park district, and regularly participated in family events that strengthen community connections.
