Learning & Growing Together!

During the District 2 Board of Education's June 15, 2022, meeting, Dr. Katie McCluskey, the District’s incoming Superintendent, joined consultants from Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates to present the District’s new five-year strategic plan.

The plan is the product of input from many stakeholders across our community. To develop it, students, parents, teachers, support staff, community leaders, administrators and members of the Board of Education all shared their perceptions of BSD2 schools and their vision for the future of District 2 through interviews, focus groups, surveys and task force meetings.

This exciting work will guide our priorities, our decision making, and our work through the 2026-2027 school year. The 2025-2026 school year will mark its fourth year of implementation.
