The District's financial statements were audited by the accounting firm of Lauterbach & Amen, LLP..
Annual Financial Reports
The Annual Financial Report (AFR) reports financial results in the same categories as the District’s Budget, plus analysis of taxes collected, debt outstanding, capital assets, and other information. This report is filed annually with the Illinois State Board of Education.
The Annual Statement of Affairs (ASA) reports employment, payments to non-certificated employees and to vendors, and summarized contracts awarded information. Portions of this report are also published in local newspapers.
Debt Rating
The District’s most recent bond issue has been rated AA+ by S&P Global Ratings, the second-highest possible rating.
