Itemized compensation for 2025-2026 is found in the Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits report, as required by state law.
Employees whose compensation exceeds $75,000
Total compensation packages for each employee with a total compensation package exceeding $75,000 in 2025-2026 are listed in the District's Employees With Total Compensation Exceeding $75,000 Report, as required by state law.
Pending Compensation Packages
In accordance with 5 ILCS 120/7.3: At least 6 days prior to approval, a physical copy of any pending employee compensation package in excess of $150,000 shall be available at the District Office.
Employee Retirement Costs
District 2’s employees participate in either the Teacher Retirement System (“TRS”) or the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (“IMRF”).
